Damn suay & buay song! I need to shower with flower water already~~~
Kanna "retrenched" by my current Co. and my parent company offered me a position at the same rate that I am drawing now but the benefits is so much worst!!
Ppl kanna pay cut but i kanna AL cut!! From 14 days down to 7 days and working hr is 25 min more den my current Co.
total lost of 7 AL + (25min x 22working days) = approx. S$800
Very very very saddddd! say is discuss end up the contract alr set.
I am only given 2 choices. 1 is to leave and the other 1 is to accept their offer.
What should I do??
